Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Global Health Program Operations Consultant to support the U.S. Department of State portfolio. You will help plan, implement, and improve health programs, working with diverse stakeholders to produce client-ready deliverables and analyses.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years in consulting, government, or global health. Travel up to 10% and exposure to AI tools for data insights are desirable.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance (U.S. federal)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, or related area
• Ability to support planning, execution, and reporting across multiple health program initiatives
• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and client deliverables (SOPs, reports)
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across diverse teams
• Exposure to federal government clients and health programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations.
• Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates to keep work on track.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings, decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Support process improvement, change initiatives, and implementation of new ways of working.
• Use Excel, reporting platforms, automation, and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.
