Job summary

Credence seeks experienced global health and international development professionals to join a G2G Co‑Design Advisor Consultant Pool supporting the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy.

Advisors provide high‑level policy and strategic advice, design G2G health programs, and partner with ministries to transition programs toward government ownership while aligning with national health strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Development, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible international development/foreign assistance/health programming experience.
  • Experience supporting government institutions (Ministries of Health, Finance, Planning).
  • Experience in program design, policy analysis, grantmaking, or G2G programming.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies in LMICs.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Government foreign assistance policies, regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Advise U.S. Government Missions and partner governments on G2G health program design and implementation.
  • Support transition of health programs to G2G modalities and align with national health strategies.
  • Translate foreign assistance priorities into country-specific implementation approaches.
  • Develop G2G agreements that strengthen health systems and ensure accountability.
