UCSF seeks a Program Manager to lead the CHESA Global Health Equity Fellowship, coordinating strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with CHESA leadership to translate vision into actionable curricula and learning experiences, while managing relationships with fellows, alumni, and global partners.

The position emphasizes data‑driven improvement, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic execution in a dynamic global health setting at UCSF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of progressive program management experience in global health or related field.
• Experience coordinating between physicians, nurses, and leaders across diverse contexts.
• Experience designing and delivering educational or training programs for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the fellowship vision, goals, and strategic direction.
• Translate goals into clear structures, activities, and deliverables (curriculum & learning experiences).
• Design and oversee evaluation processes; use data to improve quality and impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with fellows, alumni, faculty, and partners.
• Co‑manage program budget and donor communications.
• Ensure alignment between program activities and CHESA’s broader mission.
