Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience in fintech or financial services.
10+ years leading engineering teams and senior leaders.
Proven success delivering large-scale, business-critical platforms.
Deep knowledge of software development, architecture, and Agile practices.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Trading OMS technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead development, modernization, and delivery of OMS applications and platforms.
Drive Agile engineering practices, testing, and continuous improvement.
Own financial performance including budgets and vendor management.
Establish governance and metrics for delivery and modernization.
Lead and develop senior engineering leaders and cross-functional partners.
Partner with executives and clients to communicate strategy and progress.
Monitor industry and regulatory developments impacting OMS.
