Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investment management or private markets.
• Experience with fund administration, outsourced operating models, or asset servicing.
• Strong track record building enterprise operating strategies in global organizations.
• Deep knowledge of private market fund structures, NAV governance, and investor servicing models.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for HarbourVest's global TPA operating model.
• Serve as executive sponsor for key administrator relationships to align service providers with business strategy.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation to improve scalability, efficiency, control frameworks, and client outcomes.
• Provide insights on industry trends, risks, and future-state capabilities to influence decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, new products, and market expansion.
