The Senior Vice President, Third Party Relationship Management is responsible for establishing the global strategic direction, governance framework, and operating model for HarbourVest’s third party administrator (TPA) platform. This executive leader serves as the senior sponsor for critical administrator relationships, ensuring alignment between service providers and the business objectives. This leader will serve as the firm's executive for partnerships with fund administrators and service providers! This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Operations & Strategy in Boston. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, Client Operations, Tax Compliance, AIFM and Credit Operations to deliver sustainable growth, innovation, and operational transformation. This role represents a critical executive leadership position responsible for shaping the future of HarbourVest's global operating model and ensuring the firm continues to deliver industry-leading service, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

$250,000.00 - $300,000.00 This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
