Job summary

Fellowes Brands seeks a Global Head of Technology and Infrastructure (Senior Director) to lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security on a worldwide scale. You will define the future IT strategy, drive efficiencies, and negotiate with vendors to strengthen competitiveness while maintaining robust security.

You will oversee all major technology decisions, ensure availability and performance, and advise executive leadership and the Audit Committee on critical topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in technology or business preferred.
• 10+ years related experience with both management and hands-on technical work across IT operations, infrastructure and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for IT Operations, Infrastructure, Security and vendor management.
• Define and deploy the IT strategy and roadmap across the organization.
• Ensure high availability, security compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee teams including Project Management, DB Admin, systems administration, networks, and endpoints.
• Engage executive leadership and Audit Committee on critical technology topics.
