Job summary

Asana is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting based in San Francisco with a hybrid in-office schedule. You will lead a team of seasoned talent acquisition professionals, partnering with R&D leadership and People Team to drive high-velocity, high-quality hiring across global R&D functions.

You will define and evolve TA strategies, leverage data to improve KPIs, and ensure a diverse, inclusive workforce aligned with Asana's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in management leading technical recruiting teams.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a global, high-velocity hiring strategy for R&D teams.
• Partner with executive leadership and People Team to align hiring with business priorities.
• Define, design, and iterate TA roadmap to recruit high-impact Asanas.
• Use data to identify trends and drivers of TA performance; propose solutions.
• Set ambitious, motivating goals and connect team objectives to company goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across all R&D functions and promote inclusion.
