Job summary

BNY in Menlo Park seeks a senior risk and compliance leader to represent the Platform in discussions with clients, regulators, and senior internal stakeholders across Risk, Audit and Compliance.

You will assess non-financial risk drivers, oversee 1st Line Surveillance and Best Execution, and drive change management, documentation, and control enhancements. The role requires 15+ years of experience with 5-7 years in management and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of total work experience with 5-7 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Platform in senior-level discussions with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Assess and address non-financial risk drivers related to Conduct and Supervision and implement solutions.
• Oversee 1st Line Surveillance and Best Execution; lead change management and documentation.
• Directly manages senior managers and ensures alignment with functional objectives.
