The candidate will negotiate with key suppliers, manage a distributed team of buyers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs and ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFx, supplier analysis, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategies across tech, non-tech, and data categories.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal controls.
• Partner with tech teams to implement productivity improvements.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and optimize contracts.
• Develop KPIs to measure sourcing performance and impact.
• Manage and develop a distributed category manager and buyer team.
• Foster ethical partnerships and adherence to Blackstone processes.
