Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience across security management, IT operations, compliance, or consulting.
• 3+ years leading or managing a team in IT functions.
• Hands-on experience with audit frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Sendbird's information security program.
• Work with CTO and engineering to embed security into product development.
• Establish incident response protocols to enhance system security.
