Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Global Director, Physical Security to lead the development and translation of global policy, standards, and a technology roadmap into scalable execution across offices, labs, and warehouses in the US and beyond.

Reporting to the Head of Global Facilities and Physical Security, you will oversee security operations, risk assessments, and technology deployments while partnering with Workplace teams and corporate functions to strengthen governance and risk visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive corporate physical security experience with leadership responsibility across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience implementing enterprise physical security programs, policies, standards, risk assessments, and control frameworks.
• Experience overseeing security services and physical security technology across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead global physical security strategy and governance.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across offices, laboratories, and warehouses.
• Manage security technology rollout including access control and CCTV.
• Coordinate security input with real estate and project teams.
• Develop metrics and governance reporting for leadership.
