Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global physical security strategy, policy, and governance across regions and sites.
• Provide global oversight of security operations, incidents, and procedures.
• Manage security risk assessment programs, controls, and remediation tracking.
• Direct global security technology rollout for access, video, and related platforms.
• Integrate security requirements with real estate, design, and facilities processes.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, and performance with clear SLAs and metrics.
