Job summary

Lantheus, a leading radiopharmaceutical company, seeks an Executive Director, Head of Clinical Development, Oncology, to shape the global oncology program. This on-site Bedford, MA role drives strategy across US/EMEA and leads cross-functional teams in clinical development and regulatory execution.

Requires 15+ years in drug development with oncology and imaging expertise, plus 8+ years leading international teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant scientific field; board certification in Nuclear Medicine and/or Radiology.
• Minimum 15 years in drug development with proven clinical trial planning/execution experience.
• Experience in Diagnostic Imaging development.
• Minimum 8 years leading an international team with strong managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global oncology clinical development strategy.
• Build and lead US/EMEA clinical development capabilities.
• Oversee company-sponsored oncology trials and input on study documents.
• Provide medical and safety oversight for ongoing trials.
• Support launch strategies, lifecycle management, and expansion of indications (Phase 1-4).
• Engage with regulatory authorities and publication teams.
