Benefits include a base salary of USD 120,000 – 225,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work arrangement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, specifically in multi-asset solutions business development.
- Proven success in commercializing multi-asset solutions with institutional investors.
- Deep understanding of institutional portfolio construction and OCIO models.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Wellington’s global Multi-Asset Solutions commercial strategy.
- Serve as a senior commercial leader for the Multi-Asset Solutions business globally.
- Work closely with investment teams to improve coordination and commercial effectiveness.
