• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high‑performing global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a global, multi-site engineering organization.
• Define and implement technology roadmap and innovation strategy.
• Direct new product development for motion control systems.
• Ensure design excellence through testing, validation, and reliability engineering processes.
• Partner with commercial and operations leadership.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Engage with key customers for technical insight and engineering support.
