Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Senior Director of Microelectronics Engineering to lead our global engineering organization focused on UPW, WWT, Water Reclaim, and ZLD. You will shape technical direction, establish standards, and drive scalable execution across semiconductor water and wastewater solutions.

The role demands strategic vision, technical rigor, and the ability to mentor future engineering leaders while partnering with executive leadership to meet long-term goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
• Extensive experience supporting semiconductor utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Aquatech's global Microelectronics Engineering organization.
• Develop engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Mentor engineering leaders and develop succession plans for critical technical roles.
• Lead engineering reviews to reduce project risk and improve solution confidence.
• Develop and maintain global engineering standards and design basis documents.
• Identify emerging treatment technologies and qualification processes to standardize them.
