Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior leader to head Merch on Demand Supply Chain in the Carrollton, TX area. You will define end-to-end supply chain strategy, drive print-on-demand innovation, and scale operations across sites to improve delivery speed and cost.

You will own capacity planning, network design, and partner with technology teams on fulfillment automation, leading cross-functional teams to deliver world-class quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery and feature tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the global sourcing strategy for raw materials, blanks, inks, and components for Merch on Demand.
• Drive R&D to test and scale new print methods and substrates across catalogs.
• Ensure quality programs reduce defects and improve the customer experience.
• Lead capacity planning, site selection, and network design to support growth.
• Partner with tech teams to deploy fulfillment automation and tooling.
• Collaborate with finance on cost performance and savings initiatives.
