This role partners with executives to shape a unified narrative, manage senior media relationships, and steer proactive storytelling across markets and regulatory environments.

The VP will direct strategy, train spokespeople, and coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and Medical Affairs, ensuring timely, compliant communications globally.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading media relations inside and outside the United States across multiple markets and regulatory regimes.
• Experience managing a communications function with budget and staffing responsibilities.
• 12+ years of communications experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare including work for a public company.
• Proven track record securing high-impact placements for complex scientific and corporate stories.

• Lead Global Communications strategy end to end for all markets.
• Own corporate presence and executive visibility across industry forums and media.
• Manage press relationships with senior journalists in multiple regions.
• Identify and land high-stakes media opportunities including exclusives and profiles.
• Own the milestone calendar coordinating with Investor Relations and Regulatory teams.
• Define KPIs for earned media and report insights to leadership.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders.
• Prepare executives for interviews, panels, earnings calls, and high-stakes engagements.
