This role oversees cloud-based platforms, governance, data analytics, and performance management, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Medical, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Functions. Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
10+ years of people management in global/virtual environment
ITIL Foundation Certification
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent PM certification
Experience with ERP, EPM and data platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle EPM, Power Platform is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise Business Systems strategy and digital transformation initiatives
Lead and mentor a global, virtual team across Europe and North America
Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into system capabilities
Govern enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, data analytics and integration platforms
Drive data governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
