Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in humanitarian action, policy, advocacy, partnerships or related fields.
• Extensive field experience in emergencies and humanitarian coordination.
• Postgraduate degree in international relations, international development, humanitarian affairs, public policy, law or political science.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level representation within the UN system and broader humanitarian architecture.
• Lead a globally dispersed policy and advocacy team across New York, Geneva, and Rome.
• Advise senior leaders on emerging humanitarian trends, risks and opportunities, and translate them into strategic guidance.
