Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 12-15+ years of progressive compensation experience including enterprise/global programs.
• Strong analytical, consulting and communication skills.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving decisions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns and governs enterprise executive compensation philosophy and decision guidelines.
• Establishes governance models for base pay, incentive plans, and executive decisions.
• Leads compensation team members and develops bench strength within the COE.
• Provides counsel on executive reward programs aligned with global policies.
