The Cypress Group is seeking a Director-level leader to serve as Head of Equities, Exotics & Structured Products. This role directs a global team responsible for pricing, issuance, execution, and risk across structured notes, OTC derivatives, and complex products.

• Lead a global team of 15–20 professionals.
• Set strategy for equities, exotics, and structured products capabilities.
• Drive electronification and automation of the structured-products business.
• Oversee platforms supporting pricing, issuance, trading, hedging, and risk management.
• Partner with traders, structurers, sales, product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
