Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Head of EHS&S to lead the global program across sites, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and environmental regulations while advancing a culture of safety and sustainability.

The Director will develop strategies, manage budgets, mentor teams, and act as the primary contact for investigations, permits, reporting, and risk management, driving continuous improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 15+ years of related experience.
• Proven track record leading EHS&S programs across sites.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company EHS&S program and ensure compliance.
• Develop strategies, processes, systems, and metrics for performance.
• Oversee multiple site EHS&S programs and budgets.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
• Mentor and coach managers on safety culture.
