Roche, Genentech a member of the Roche group, is seeking a visionary Head of Digital for Pharmaceutical Technical Development (PTD) in California. You will define the global digital strategy for PTD, lead a跨-functional team of experts, and partner with RDT, pRED, and gRED to deliver value through scalable data and digital solutions.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership, deep informatics knowledge, and strong executive presence to influence senior leaders and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of pharma data ecosystem and informatics strategy.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Budget governance and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the digital strategy for PTD and orchestrate alignment across PTD leadership.
• Lead and govern the portfolio of digital initiatives to deliver measurable value.
• Drive transformation through executive-level diagnostics and scalable digital solutions.
