Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own the full revenue marketing engine and lead global demand generation initiatives. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and guide programs across paid media, digital, ABM, email, and more to drive pipeline growth and brand equity.

We offer a market-based compensation with base salary shown as $189,000–$236,000, plus bonus, equity and benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and begin work on day one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a demand generation role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience building a demand generation function and team.

Responsibilities

• Owning the comprehensive demand generation strategy, execution and results.
• Leading, implementing and scaling programs across paid media, digital, field and events.
• Managing budgets across digital marketing and web channels.
• Measuring performance with KPI tracking and analytics.
• Leading and mentoring a marketing team.
