Job summary

Black Box seeks a Director of Data Center Training & Technical Learning to design and lead the global training strategy for a highly skilled, safety-focused workforce across data center operations. You will oversee onboarding, leadership development, certification pathways, and workforce readiness globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in training or data center environments.
• 5+ years leading training or workforce development teams.
• Experience designing enterprise learning strategies and LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global training strategy for data center operations.
• Oversee onboarding, leadership development, and career pathways.
• Create role-based learning paths for technical and operational staff.
• Drive safety compliance training and certification programs.
• Lead learning technology strategy including LMS and digital tools.
• Measure training impact with dashboards and KPIs.
• Coach senior leaders and build a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure site readiness for facility launches and expansions.
