Job summary

JLL is seeking a Head of Cyber Customer Trust & Assurance to lead global cybersecurity strategy and operations, reporting to the CISO. This senior role partners with executive leadership to drive risk-based security initiatives across worldwide operations, managing client data protection and regulatory compliance.

You will build and guide BISOs and security staff, oversee customer audits (SOC2, ISO 27001), and embed security into product life cycles, sales, and contracts while engaging key

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with senior executive leadership
• Experience managing enterprise-wide security strategies
• Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
• Proven track record with regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Leadership of large, multinational teams
• Experience in CRE/financial services or client-facing security advisory preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead global BISOs and security client support staff
• Oversee customer-driven security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Embed cybersecurity into product lifecycle, sales, and contracts
• Engage with strategic clients as trusted advisor
• Communicate security posture to executive leadership and board
