Job summary

Johnson & Jñor is recruiting a Sr. Director, Corporate Communications. This role shapes enterprise-level communications, advises senior leadership, and guides internal and external messaging during a growth phase. Preference is for a Raynham location with flexibility to include West Chester or New Jersey offices.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in corporate communications, strong leadership, and experience in regulated industries. Travel up to ~20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global corporate communications strategy to support objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on messaging, engagement, and reputational risk.
• Oversee internal communications to drive engagement and alignment.
• Lead external communications, including media relations and announcements.
• Manage crisis and issues communications with timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Regulatory, Marketing, and business leaders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing communications team.
