Ipsen Bioscience, Inc. is seeking a Head of Applied AI & Data Science in Cambridge, MA. You will lead the enterprise AI strategy, oversee data science and AI engineering teams, and partner with business domains to deliver scalable AI products.

You will mentor a diverse team and drive responsible AI adoption across Ipsen’s Digital IT and business functions, ensuring compliance and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field (MS/PhD).
• 10+ years in data science/AI with leadership.
• Proven track record leading data science and AI teams.
• Experience deploying internal products and evaluating third-party AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the technical strategy for enterprise analytics and AI.
• Lead the Data Science & AI Center of Excellence.
• Mentor data scientists, data engineers, and AI engineers.
• Collaborate with business domains to deliver data/AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
