Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) required; advanced healthcare degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical development, or CRO environments.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

• Owns TA-wide benefit-risk profile and data-driven decisions.
• Interprets safety signals and directs proactive risk responses.
• Shapes go/no-go, study design, and labeling decisions.
