Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own TA-wide benefit–risk profile and drive evidence-based decisions across development and regulatory positioning.
• Lead interpretation of safety signals and proactive risk responses; oversee SMTs and GSLs.
• Shape enterprise-level decisions (go/no-go, labeling, study design) prioritizing patient safety.
• Lead Safety Board activities and executive governance with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop talent and build a high‑performing safety organization with AI-enabled capabilities.
