Job summary

Beeline Medicines seeks a Vice President of Medical Affairs to lead strategy across the portfolio, directing pre- and post-launch activities and governing engagement with the medical community worldwide.

The role oversees Field Medical Affairs, Epidemiology & Real‑World Evidence, Medical Operations, and Scientific Affairs, partnering with Regulatory and Clinical Development on lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

Must have Medical degree (MD/DO) with strong leadership experience in Medical Affairs.
Experience leading global Medical Affairs teams and data generation.
Proven ability to develop and execute lifecycle medical strategies and launch plans.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Medical Affairs strategy across product portfolio.
Oversee Field Medical Affairs, Epidemiology & Real‑World Evidence, and Medical Operations.
Develop and manage HCP engagement strategies, advisory boards, and sponsored research.
Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access on lifecycle planning.
Ensure compliance with industry codes of conduct and regulations in external engagements.
