Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet seeks a senior leader to advance the global Enterprise Risk program, integrating risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across the company. You will partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, Strategy, and International teams to strengthen resilience and reporting to the Board.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with boards and senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise risk management, governance, and operating models.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Enterprise Risk program, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting across the enterprise (Dun & Bradstreet).
• Oversee the Business Continuity Management program and drive enterprise operational resilience planning, testing, and improvement.
• Coordinate governance for AI and emerging technologies, including risk related to data quality, model use, and third‑party dependencies.
• Partner across Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Strategy to address risks from transformation and market evolution.
• Develop and report on risk indicators, continuity plans, and governance to the ER Committee, Board, and senior leaders.
• Define risk methodologies, taxonomies, scenarios, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision making.
• Advance use of AI, analytics, and risk platforms to improve insight generation and monitoring.
