Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive corporate real estate or facilities management experience with multinational organizations.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field required.
• Experience leading a global real estate portfolio across periods of growth, contraction, restructuring, or organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Oversee global real estate portfolio across 50+ countries through negotiation, consolidation, divestiture, and downsizing.
• Lead portfolio optimization, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation through leases and operations.
• Oversee global offices and, in some regions, customer-facing facilities; ensure safety, compliance and governance.
• Own and manage global budgets in excess of $50 million annually; liaise with FP&A and Accounting.
