Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a product management professional to join the da Vinci Multiport Global Product Management team in San Jose. The role focuses on driving launches, upgrades, and commercial readiness for the dV5 platform, coordinating with regional teams outside the U.S. and reporting to a Sr. Group Product Manager.

You will lead cross-functional launch coordination, develop scalable processes, and ensure markets are prepared to introduce and support dV5 capabilities across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Launch Logistics & Software Coordination: End-to-end HW launch coordination, execution, and reporting for dV5 platform launches and upgrades.
• Develop repeatable launch processes for launching systems and software after first market introduction.
• Drive commercial readiness for new-market launches and out-of-U.S. software launches with cross-functional teams.
• Own system allocation planning and prioritization for internal systems/upgrades.
• Lead out-of-U.S. country go-to-market readiness and launch execution.
• Establish launch readiness requirements, criteria, and governance before launch.
• Coordinate out-of-U.S. training readiness with Clinical Education and regional teams.
• Serve as primary product management contact for out-of-U.S. launch stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional launch meetings across engineering, product ops, supply chain, quality, regulatory, marketing, and sales.
• Partner with global markets to translate customer needs into launch requirements and improvements.
• Use analysis and forecasting to support launch sequencing and readiness decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of the dV5 platform and related processes for global launches.
• Support product lifecycle activities including requirements, reviews, and post-launch feedback.
