Job summary

V2X is seeking a maintenance tech to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled and ground support equipment. You will inspect, test, and service equipment to ensure readiness and safety on assignments at Fort Bragg.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience, English proficiency, OSHA-compliant tools, and the ability to obtain security clearances. Willingness to work extended hours when mission demands arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years of experience in wheeled and ground support equipment maintenance.
• Own serviceable OSHA compliant tools.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license and U.S. citizenship.
• Must obtain/maintain NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Must be able to obtain Fort Bragg access.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled vehicles and ground support equipment.
• Inspect, test, and operate equipment to determine serviceability and proper operation.
• Service equipment with fuels and fluids and disassemble/repair components.
• Disassemble/assemble parts, manage corrosion treatment, and reinstall components.
• Handle hazardous materials per state/local/federal regulations.
• Operate and service equipment, ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Utilize repair and test equipment and adhere to mission requirements.
