Job summary

TLD, the leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment, seeks a Product Support Engineer in Windsor, CT. You will be the technical liaison among customers, sales, service, manufacturing, quality and engineering, resolving complex issues and driving product improvements across the lifecycle.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and control systems, review specifications for compliance, support field technicians, and prepare service bulletins.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience supporting industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or related products.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience interacting directly with customers, service organizations, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, diesel engine, PLC, and structural systems.
• Support field technicians, customers, and global service organizations in diagnosis and resolution of product issues.
• Review customer specifications for contractual and performance compliance.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers on corrective actions.
