V2X is seeking a Ground Support Equipment Mechanic to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled vehicles and ground support equipment, including generators and controllers. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a shop environment, with adherence to safety and PPE standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience, is able to work at Fort Bragg facilities, and can meet the PPE and OSHA requirements, including using basic diagnostic tools

Competenze

• 3–6 years of experience in wheeled and ground support equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing military/civilian GSE.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (NACI Tier 1) and U.S. citizenship documentation.

Mansioni

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled and ground support equipment.
• Inspects, tests, and operates wheeled and ground support equipment to determine serviceability.
• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles components; replaces parts as required; disposes of hazardous materials.
