Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, consulting, finance, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities to support growth and enterprise value creation.
• Lead business cases, operating model assessments, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with ROI.
• Monitor market and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish governance, metrics, and rhythms for program delivery.
• Drive cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Improve processes and operating efficiencies for scalability.
• Manage risks and dependencies to support execution excellence.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to identify and implement growth initiatives in Ireland-based operations.
• Build relationships with executives, regulators, advisors, and strategic partners.
