Job summary

Mars seeks a Growth Practice Lead to drive Growth Science across the enterprise, designing, operating, and scaling the Growth Flywheel from Snacking to Petcare to Food & Nutrition. You will harmonize global capabilities while honoring local nuances to deliver evidence-based marketing at scale.

You will lead onboarding and upskilling of new marketing associates, build scalable capability products, and embed Growth Science into commercial planning and decision frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive global marketing, brand, analytics, or transformation experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of evidence-based marketing frameworks (How Brands Grow) and its practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Own & evolve the Enterprise Operating Model for Mars Growth Flywheel and learning loops.
• Architect the systematic learning cycle from data to adoption and impact.
• Harmonize growth model scorecards across Mars segments: Snacking, Petcare, Food & Nutrition.
• Build a centralized, living evidence base of cross-segment insights.
• Drive cross-divisional adoption by embedding Growth Science into planning cycles.
• Develop scalable capability products, including playbooks and AI-enabled tools.
