The Staff Product Manager on the international team will own end-to-end product experiences in new geos, manage global business lines, and collaborate with data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and research to democratize the financial system.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct product management experience building consumer products and growth efforts.
• Ideally, experience on global, consumer-facing products.
• Proven use of research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience coordinating across globally dispersed teams.
• Past collaboration with engineering, design, research, legal/compliance, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences in new geos and manage regional playbooks.
• Ship groundbreaking products into new regions with global teams.
• Craft and communicate a product vision and set of priorities to meet customer needs.
• Drive roadmaps, extending existing products and defining what's next.
• Develop strong cross-team relationships across design, engineering, and operations.
• Partner with communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing leaders to align vision and progress.
• Ensure parity of product lines across global markets.
