Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director, Strategic Growth & Commercial to accelerate growth and commercial impact of Clinical Programs. Based in Marlborough, MA, this on-site role intersects portfolio strategy, commercialization, and business execution across Cytiva.

Travel up to 30% may be required. The role drives integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico, aligns regional commercial routines, and partners with Product Management to translate priorities into market actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in process development services, global program leadership, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading global cross-functional transformation with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing go-to-market approaches, commercial playbooks, governance models, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, governance, and related services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into the Clinical Workflow Management model and define governance and standard work.
• Lead cross-functional alignment of Clinical Programs across Cytiva's commercial ecosystem and regional routines.
• Partner with regional leaders to translate priorities into demand-generation plans and growth targets.
• Develop tools, messaging, training, and field enablement materials for commercial teams.
• Serve as global connection point across programs and stakeholders, communicating strategy and risks to executives.
