Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Strategic Growth & Commercial Integration to accelerate growth by linking portfolio strategy, commercialization, and execution across Clinical Programs. Based in Marlborough, MA, this on-site role drives integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into Cytiva’s commercial ecosystem, with travel and remote-work flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in process development services, global program leadership, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading global cross-functional transformation with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing go-to-market approaches, commercial playbooks, customer engagement frameworks, governance models, and business performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and process development or related services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working across global regions and strategic growth markets, including China.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial integration of Fast Trak and GoSilico into the Clinical Workflow Management model, defining engagement frameworks and governance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Cytiva’s commercial ecosystem and embed initiatives into regional routines.
• Partner with regional leaders to translate priorities into demand-generation plans and growth targets.
• Develop tools, messaging, training, and enablement materials for commercial teams.
• Serve as the global connection point across Fast Trak, GoSilico, CWM, and regional teams with clear recommendations.
• Establish governance and planning processes to improve funnel visibility, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation.
• Lead the strategic growth and commercialization agenda with Product Management and translate priorities into market plans.
