Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician in Fayetteville, NC. You will perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled vehicles and ground support equipment, inspect and test for serviceability, and service systems with fuels, oils, coolants and hydraulics to keep equipment operational.

The role requires English proficiency, a valid REAL ID driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust. OSHA-compliant tools and safety are mandatory on site.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to provide OSHA-compliant tools per OSHA Reg 1910.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Must have a valid REAL ID driver's license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheeled vehicles and ground support equipment.
• Inspects, tests, and operates equipment to determine serviceability and proper operation.
• Services equipment with fuel, oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, and refrigerant; disassembles and repairs components.
• Disposes of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations; maintains safety and housekeeping.
