Job summary

Aon is seeking an IAM/GRiDS support professional to manage user access requests, coordinate with business users and auditors, and ensure SOX compliance across global operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with technology teams and auditors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring mailboxes, processing security requests, maintaining evidence for audits, and assisting regional leads with periodic control activities

Qualifications

• GRiDS knowledge preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with business users, technology teams and auditors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Global team mailbox for incoming requests and action where necessary.
• Liaise with GRiDS users to address security requests and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure SOX controls and segregation of duties are followed for data access.
• Provide auditors with requested evidence of changes to GRiDS user accounts.
• Support weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual control activities and documentation.
