Job summary

The role involves daily mailbox monitoring, security request processing, SOX control tasks, and advising on access appropriateness, with opportunities to cover regional leads and contribute to audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with GRiDS or similar access management is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with auditors and technology teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Global team mailbox and process incoming requests.
• Liaise with GRiDS users to address security requests while ensuring SOX compliance.
• Provide cover for regional leads during holidays or sickness.
• Document and share new knowledge within the team SharePoint site.
• Assist auditors with requested evidence of changes to GRiDS user accounts.
• Process weekly Workday reports for Leavers, Joiners and Transfers.
• Run quarterly and annual Sox controls and maintain evidence repositories.
