Job summary

The Graphic Designer role at OCLC works with Design Managers, Senior Designers, Copywriters, Product Marketers, and Marketing Managers to create marketing materials for print and digital use. You'll work on brochures, infographics, icons, trade show graphics, and website graphics.

This position requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field, 2–3 years of design experience, and proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; strong portfolio and ability to meet deadlines are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline.
• 2-3 years professional design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to multi-task, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work on wide range of print and digital media including brochures, flyers, postcards, and web.
• Work within corporate branding guidelines using predefined templates.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• High-quality conceptualization, layout, and print production.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend final designs to gain full approval.
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, and product managers.
• Work on a large, global website with high visibility.
