OCLC's Design Team seeks a Senior Designer to create high-impact designs for a global library member audience, collaborating with executives, marketing managers, copywriters, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers print materials, infographics, web and digital design, with responsibility to lead planning, balance user needs with marketing goals, and deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create print and digital media including brochures and web.
• Follow branding guidelines across projects.
• Develop new design concepts and layouts.
• Produce high-quality layouts and print-ready artwork.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Revise designs to gain final approval.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product managers.
• Contribute to a large global website project with high visibility.
• Translate communication goals into visual design for print/digital.
• Lead planning and implementation of design projects with Design Manager.
