Job summary

Global Health Advocacy Incubator, in collaboration with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, is seeking a Program & Financial Compliance Officer in Washington, DC. You will manage a portfolio of international grants, coordinate with global funders, and ensure financial and program compliance across CVH, HSS, and injury prevention initiatives.

This role requires strong writing, attention to detail, and experience with grantees worldwide; travel may be required; fluency in French is highly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in international grants, global public health, public policy, or advocacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in public interest, health, or international field is preferred.
• Experience internationally, preferably in Africa and Asia with civil society and government structures.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in French or an African language is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, monitor, and evaluate progress of grant proposals, work plans, budgets, and reports.
• Provide ongoing grant monitoring and programmatic/financial support to grantees.
• Coordinate grants negotiation and submission process for new/renewal grants and sub-grants.
